Same-day or next-day shipping refers to order processing and shipment, not guaranteed delivery. We do not guarantee a specific delivery date unless a guaranteed delivery service is explicitly offered and purchased at checkout.

Once tracking confirms that a package has been delivered, SIRCARTIER is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery.

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly and check with household members, neighbors, and your delivery location.

International Orders
